L-Style specifies the length from the end of the thread to the flight mount in its product designations! We, on the other hand, always measure the entire length of the shaft minus the thread. The exact dimensions and reference points can be seen in the last product image. These system shafts can also be played with normal flights, but we recommend L-style flights for the best possible hold.
